Cognito access: Access is limited to the TaxProOwner and TaxProStaff Cognito groups.
Email rule: Use the practitioner or firm team-member login email.
Accepted groups: TaxProOwner, TaxProStaff
Administrative queue for verification evidence, qualification, approval, organization creation, Cognito invitations, and trial controls.
Cognito access: Access is limited to the PlatformAdmin Cognito group.
Email rule: Use the platform administrator login email.
Accepted groups: PlatformAdmin
Operational support workspace for caller verification, ticket queues, redacted case review, access requests, service monitoring, notes, and audit activity.
Cognito access: PlatformAdmin has full support access. Dedicated support users require SupportConsoleAccess.
Email rule: Use the platform administrator or assigned support employee login email.

Platform administration for user and tenant operations, product configuration, security governance, audit views, readiness, and operational controls.
